⇒ Where are you based and where do you ship?

We are based in the UK and ship worldwide. If it doesn't show as shipping to your country then send us a message and we will look into this for you~

⇒ How long do orders take to ship?

If your order is non-preorder items then it will arrive in the UK and be shipped to you within 10 working days (dependant on shipping delays)

If you order contains pre-order items then please check the item description for estimates on when your item will arrive (there will be a release date and then orders can take between 2-5 weeks to arrive to us - pobs take a while to be produced by stores so this delays arrival time to my supplier and then they have to ship them to me). Please note that there can be manufacturing delays with some items so release dates are only an estimate and can be pushed back.

I can only ship items out as soon as I have them on hand - stores like HMV etc don't have preorder benefits therefore they have items on hand much quicker than I am able to get the items. They also charge much higher prices to expedite the shipping from Korea to get items much quicker. I aim to keep the prices of items as cheap as possible (and hopefully be the cheapest around) whilst being as quick as I possibly can be (and get your pobs etc which other stores can't).

⇒ How do I order a set of albums if there are multiple versions?

If an album has multiple versions you just need to add the same number of versions into your basket (e.g. if there are 3 versions of the photobook then you need to add 3 copies). Please note if there are preorder benefits then you must order from the same store to guarantee a set as stores send albums at random and I can't guarantee you will get all versions if you order from different stores (e.g. 3 versions and order 1 from Makestar, 1 from Apple & 1 from dmm - you may get all the same version of the photobook)

⇒ Can I cancel my order?

Pre-orders can be cancelled but will encur a 15% cancellation fee. Please ensure you are 100% sure when placing your order before placing them as I order items directly from my suppliers within 24 hours of you ordering and cancellation leads to overstock issues

⇒ Will I have to pay customs?

We do not take any responsibility for any additional charges when you receive your parcel in your country. We can not predict if you will get customs as it depends on your local countries authorities. 

⇒ What are POBs?

During the preorder period some stores offer preorder benefits or 'POBs'. These are additional photocards that come outside the album. They are sent at random from the store and you are not able to pick the specific member you want. You can leave a note to give us a member prefrence to let us know which member you would prefer for your POB but you are not guaranteed your first choice.

Damage/missing goods inside product is down to manufacturing errors, we cannot refund/exchange products for this

Lost items by the shipping company must be reported and a claim for compensation will be submitted via them. Please ensure you input your correct shipping information as returned parcels due to address errors will require additional shipping payments.
